I was going back through my notebook from conferences I’ve been at for the past few months. One of the themes I was sketching out was about branding legal aid. How we can make access to justice and improving the legal system something that more people than just lawyers care about?

I like the safety net analogy/visual. I don’t most people think of it that way, rather something that is intimidating and they are resigned to do. Reshaping that perception is part of challenge.
