I have been working on some quick sketches on what the design process is good for — and how to actually do it. Here is note 1 — I think it is pretty self-explanatory. This isn’t just for when you are trying to ‘design’ or ‘create’ something — it’s for any project, even a piece of writing. It’s especially useful for team work. Map your venture, project, or paper out — put it down on a piece of paper or whiteboard — and see if beyond all the talking, you actually know what you are doing, and whether your vision is in synch with your team’s.
