Last Friday, I attended the second day of the Self-Represented Litigation Network’s yearly conference in San Francisco. I presented on the text messenger I am building with Legal Design Lab for courts and legal aid groups, as well as the community-led system design project I helped facilitate with the Florida Bar Foundation, Pathways for Change, and Legal Services of Northern Florida.
And I drew a lot of the interesting topics and conversations going on — with some big themes emerging around the need for more user input on our innovation work in the access to justice community, as well as more deliberate testing and evaluation.
