5 Question Friday on Legal Innovation

This project is an experiment in how to prototype a research inquiry. Someone advised me, “write what you want to know”. Based on that advice, I’m looking to the crowd to hear what they have to say on questions that I’ve been turning over in my head.

Rather than just think about these on my own, I want to hear what you have to say on these topics. These are the questions I want answered.  And this is a way to test out some possible lines of academic research that I’ve been playing with.
